Automatic welding -
TIG process
These installations consist of one power
source, one control box and one torch. The latter is positioned either
on a column and boom or a beam or, although seldom, on a self-propelled
carriage according to the type of work to achieve.
SAF
proposes 3 installations :
TIG BUFFALO :
|
|
A high
performance TIG torch associated to a rugged 380 A at 100% power
source, for classical applications.
Applications : welding stainless steel plates for
boiler making, short seamer benches.
Primary : 3x380/400/415 V - 50-60 Hz
Secondary : 20 to 380 A at 100 %
Torch : MEC 4 (500 A at 100 %)
|
NERTAMATIC MP :
|
|
Modular
installations.
Adjustment by 10 turn potentiometer.
Numerical display of current/ voltage- wire speed / movement
speed.
Can be supplied by a NERTAMATIC
300 TR (see more informations) or NERTINOX TH 500 power
source.
Applications : all stainless steel boiler making
works. As an option : gas programmation for "keyhole"
closure
Primary : 220/230/380/400/415/440 V (NERTAMATIC)
220/380/415 or 380/440/500 V (NERTINOX)
Secondary : 300 or 500 A at 100 %
Torch : MEC 4 (500 A at 100 %)
|
TIG
MANAGER :
|
|
High
technology control system allowing the modular assembly of the
selected functions.
Applications : all metal, all dimension boiler making
: nuclear and chemical engineering, aeronautical construction
...Prefabrication of stainless or carbon steel pipes.
Primary : 220/230/380/400/415/440 V - 50-60 Hz
Secondary : 300 A at 100 %
Torch : MEC 4 (500 A at 100 %)
