Automatic welding - Column & Booms and seamers

SAF seamers and column and booms are professional equipments. They are utilised for stainless steel, mild steel and light alloys boiler making and maximize all automatic welding processes MIG, Submerged ARC, TIG, Plasma, and Plasma + TIG.

COLUMN & BOOMS :

Column & booms enable to achieve not only downhand longitudinal welding but also vertical welding and most importantly, in association with rotators, circular welding, vessel butting and welding of end shells onto vessels.

Some models are fitted onto carriage. According to the models, vertical or horizontal travel of the arm can be manual or motorised.

Three ranges are available with numerous versions to choose from depending on the required travels and welding installations to carry.

SEAMERS :

Seamer benches enable to butt weld metal plates or to carry out longitudinal welds (internally or externally) following vessel rolling..

Plan 22 to 62 (see photograph - size : 135K, loading time : 38 seconds)
For butt welding metal plates from 2.25m to 6.25 m long according to the model. It allows to work on the most common thicknesses of plates..

FINEXTER 10 V 07
For butt welding metal plates with maximum length (1.05 m) and external welding of vessels (diameter 80 to 700 mm). It enables to work on thin thicknesses (up to 3 mm).
(see photograph - size : 109K, loading time : 31 seconds)

EXTER 06 à 42
Butt welding of 0.65 m to 4.25 m long plates depending on the model and external welding of vessels
(diameter 180 to 1500 mm).
(see photograph - size : 100K, loading time : 28 seconds)

INTER 22 à 72
Butt welding of 2.25 m to 7.25 m long plates depending on the
model and internal welding of vessels
(diameter 1250 to 1400 mm).
(see photograph - size : 95K, loading time : 27 seconds)

EXINTER 32 à 62
Butt welding of 3.25 m to 6.25 m long plates depending on the model and internal and/or external welding of vessels
(diameter 380 to 600 mm or 1250 to 1400 mm).
(see photograph - size : 114K, loading time : 32 seconds)
