MECASAF PSC :
Horizontal sensing over the whole arm travel.
Vertical sensing over 800 mm.
Manual rotation of the column, motorised rotation available on request.

• Applications
  • Welding wagon box sections
  • 2 MIG/MAG or SA heads or 1 head + operator seat
  • Under head height : 4 800 mm
• Welding
  • MIG/MAG - Submerged arc - Plasma MP
• Travel speed
  • 4 to 200 cm/mn

MECASAF GANTRY :
Horizontal sensing over the whole arm length.
Vertical sensing over 800 mm.

• Applications
  • Welding of large box sections with variable inertia
  • Welding of wagon roofs
  • Under head height : 1 300 mm
• Welding
  • MIG/MAG - Submerged Arc
• Travel speed
  • 12 to 600 cm/mn

MECASAF PRC :
Sensing system with large lateral travel.
Machine with fixed column or rotating column (180°), as an option, and with variable beam height (as an option).
Welding equipment : fine twin wire or single wire.
Automatic cycle.

• Applications
  • Downhand welding of the two wings of beam with variable inertia or box sections, long angle-irons.
