• Rebuilding and surfacing with FLUXODUR B.O, machinable deposit,
  number of layers: 2 to 3.

• Rebuilding and surfacing with SAFBRONZALU, machinable deposit, very low coefficient of friction.

 Cast iron:

• Rebuilding and surfacing with SAFONTE BM, positional welding.

Cracked arm

Repair of cracks

 Preparation:

• Grinding or arc air gouging with K 4000 gouging torch and SAFAIR CARBONE rods.
• "Chamfering" with SAFER LF 50.

 Carbone steel:

• Repair with SAFER NF 510, all positional welding.

 All steels:

• Repair with SAFINOX R 312 : Ideal for welding dissimilar metals,
  or SAFINOX BNC 75 15 M : Allows the reduction or elimination of pre-heating.

 Cast iron:

• Repair with stick electrode SAFONTE BM.
