The objective of the INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
is to improve our international after-sales service through the creation
of a dedicated department which responds to your needs in terms of
availability, reaction and efficiency.
Our commercial assistant manages the complete after
sales interface between you and SAF. She deals with all your requests
whether under guarantee or not and ensures that complete administrative
and logistics procedures are carried out (exchanges, returns of
goods, repairs, quotations)
