ALPHATOME: high precision automatic plasma cutting

This machine conception allows to get all caracteristics necessary for the tools-machines operation (components and guidance systems high quality) with remote control and monitoring system of cutting by camera. 

This equipment offers an excellent environment protection: it protects the operator and the immediate environment from the dazzling effects of the cutting plasma electric arc. 

Moreover, this machine is equipped with an highly innovating module for the extraction of fumes and the recovery of dust including the automatic cleaning of the slag vats.

 

The ALPHATOME is an installation intended for the industries of cutting of metals, boiler making, shipbuilding and railway, subcontracting, ventilation, plates cutting with precision and quality of cut.

This machine implements all the processes of cutting plasma of the NERTAJET HP 125 and HP 300 installations.
